Press Release: Fairbanks Ice Dogs Back For Marshall Home Stand

The North American Hockey League (NAHL) Fairbanks Ice Dogs Hockey Team is coming back to Marshall for two exciting games at the Red Baron Arena & Expo, December 1^st and 2^nd when they play host to the Chippawa Steel with a 7:30 puck drop both nights. The Marshall Amateur Hockey Association (MAHA) and Visit Marshall are proud to partner with the Ice Dogs, along with game sponsors, Noble Woman and Fuzzy’s, as a fundraiser for local youth hockey.

MAHA President Mike Boerboom said, “We’re excited to host the Ice Dogs in Marshall again. Not only do the Ice Dogs play fun, high-intensity hockey, but they also work with our athletes and the community bringing even more excitement on and off the ice.”

Cassi Weiss, Director of Visit Marshall added, “It’s an honor to host the Ice Dogs in Marshall. NAHL hockey is an exciting level of play, and the interaction with the local community is just another way to bring exciting events to the Marshall area.”

In addition to the games, Fuzzy’s Bar will host a watch party on Saturday, September 30^th. The game will start at 7 p.m. and there will be trivia and prizes all night!
