The weekend after, 3rd weekend of August, you'll hear music from all around town! Sounds of Summer is 3 days packed with tons of events and activities for your whole family. With mainstage acts on Saturday night making you want to jump up and jam! And Friday Family Night bringing in acts that are geared towards your kids, like an illusionist, magician or musical group. Food trucks serve up all of your favorites while Hitching Post's bar slings you drinks. The community brings together many other events that weekend, from Pancake breakfast to River Duck Races, Plays in the park to 5K Run/Walks, and a huge Grand Festival Parade! Bring a big bag for candy, as the Sounds of Summer Committee will make sure it is filled!

From the hoop barn concerts to two nights of rodeo excitement. Or if you are looking for a crashing time, you won't want to miss the demo derby! Pick-up a corndog or an award winning piece of pie from the Holy Redeemer Food stand. And take in the giggles coming from the kids on the merry go-round! The midway boasts rides for all ages and fair games like ring toss and pick a duck.
