SUMMARY:"Apples in Winter"
DESCRIPTION:Miriam’s son is on death row. For his last meal\, he’s requested a piece of her apple pie. While making the pie in the prison kitchen\, she processes through what brought them to this moment. Her story moves us to reconsider the assumptions we make about people and about parents. This one-person show is Professor Nadine Purvis Schmidt’s sabbatical project.
